We approve the majority of applicants who have a genuine trading audience — even small accounts with engaged followers convert better than large unfocused ones.
No. You do not need to be a funded trader to join the affiliate program. However, affiliates who have personal experience with our evaluation — especially those who have passed and received a payout — convert at significantly higher rates. Their content is authentic and their audience trusts their firsthand experience.
Two methods: (1) Tracking link — a unique URL embeds your affiliate ID in a 60-day browser cookie. Any purchase made within 60 days of clicking your link is attributed to you. (2) Coupon code — a unique code (e.g., VTC-MIKE15) gives traders a discount and attributes the sale to you regardless of how they reached the checkout. Coupon codes are essential for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and podcasts where URLs are not clickable.
If a referred trader successfully charges back their purchase, the associated commission is reversed from your pending balance. This is standard practice across all affiliate programs. To minimize chargebacks, ensure your promotional content accurately represents our product and does not make unrealistic claims about passing rates or expected income.
Yes — with restrictions. You may run paid ads on Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram using your affiliate link. You may NOT bid on our trademarked terms ("Verified Trader Capital") in paid search. All paid ad creatives must be submitted to your affiliate manager for approval before running. Unapproved paid ads that create compliance issues will result in program termination.
Paid monthly on the 15th, for the prior 30 day's commissions via ACH bank transfer (US) or USDC. Minimum payout threshold is $100. International affiliates are paid in USDC to avoid wire transfer delays. You can update your payment preference in your affiliate dashboard at any time.
